A bit about me
I'm James. I've been in IT since 1998. Started out looking after server systems, then spent the last 15 years in IT management at places like BMW, AT&T, and HELLER, plus consultancy work with tech firms across the Midlands.
After years of making complex systems work properly for large organisations, I realised I'd rather use that experience helping real people with real problems than sit in another meeting about roadmaps nobody reads.
RiverWood is just me. No account managers, no junior devs you've never met. When you message, I reply. When something breaks, I fix it.
